Fly Through Snowy Skies – Winter Paragliding in Bir Billing
Experience the magic of flying over snow-covered mountains in Bir Billing’s exclusive winter paragliding season, running from December to February. With the Dhauladhar ranges draped in white and the pine forests sparkling under snowflakes, this is not just a flight, it’s a surreal journey through a Himalayan winter wonderland.
The adventure begins from Bir, where you’ll head towards Billing, the launch point. But here’s the twist: due to snowfall, regular vehicles only go halfway. From there, it’s either a short hike or an exciting ride in a 4×4 vehicle, making the journey even more adventurous. As you reach the takeoff zone, wrapped in silence and snow, the world below feels miles away.
After a safety briefing, your certified pilot will prepare for takeoff. A few steps on the snowy slope and you’re flying! Soar above snow-dusted peaks, frozen trails, and peaceful valleys as the cool mountain air brushes against your face. The views are breathtaking, and the feeling is unmatched.
Whether you’re a snow-lover, an adventure seeker, or just someone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, winter paragliding in Bir is the ultimate Himalayan thrill.
