Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

• Glide Bir Billing operates tandem paragliding flights in Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh.
• All bookings are subject to weather conditions, pilot availability, and safety considerations.
• By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that paragliding is an adventure sport that involves risks.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age for paragliding is 12 years (a guardian must accompany children).
• Weight limit: 30 kg – 90 kg (exceptions only with prior confirmation).
• Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or pregnancy are not permitted to fly.

3. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking through our website/payment gateway.
• Accepted payment modes include credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email/WhatsApp after successful payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the flight are eligible for a 70% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather or operational issues, flights may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers may reschedule their booking once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to pilot and slot availability.

6. Safety & Liability

• All flights are conducted by certified pilots with licensed equipment.
• Guests must strictly follow pilot instructions before and during the flight.
• Glide Bir Billing is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from non-compliance with instructions or pre-existing medical conditions.
• Personal belongings (phones, cameras, etc.) carried during the flight are at the customer’s own risk.

7. Video & Photography Policy

• GoPro or in-flight videos are available at an additional cost.
• Customers are not allowed to carry personal cameras/selfie sticks without prior approval.
• Glide Bir Billing reserves full rights over promotional photos/videos taken during flights.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters, Glide Bir Billing holds the right to cancel or postpone flights without prior notice.

9. Dispute & Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising from bookings or services will fall under the jurisdiction of Kangra District Court, Himachal Pradesh.
