Paragliding Safety Guidelines
- The maximum weight limit for flying is 90 kg throughout the year, but during summer months (April to June), we can accommodate up to 110 kg.
- Ideal body height for a safe and comfortable flight ranges between 140 cm and 200 cm, allowing the harness and gear to fit properly.
- People with heart conditions, recent fractures (especially leg or spine), pregnancy, or severe motion sickness are strictly advised not to fly.
- You should be physically fit enough to run a few steps during takeoff — if you have difficulty running, paragliding may not be suitable.
- Wear proper sports or running shoes with good grip; avoid slippers, sandals, or heels as they can cause slipping while landing.
- Avoid wearing skirts, long scarves, or loose clothes as they may interfere with the harness and affect video quality during the flight.
- Keep all loose items like mobile phones, wallets, keys, or sunglasses out of your pockets to prevent them from falling during flight.
- Always listen carefully and follow your pilot’s instructions at every step — from takeoff and flying to safe landing on the ground.
- Do not touch or adjust any clips, buckles, belts, or locks on your harness or helmet while in the air or during takeoff.
- Eat a light meal before your flight to avoid discomfort like nausea or vomiting while flying at higher altitudes.
- If you’ve opted for video footage, hold the action camera stick tightly throughout the flight — do not throw or drop it mid-air.
- Misbehavior of any kind with the pilot or staff will not be tolerated, and can result in cancellation of your flight without a refund.
- In rare cases, camera or technical failure may cause video loss — this is not the pilot’s fault, and no refund will be provided.
- If you’re offered a second flight due to a missed video, transport to the takeoff point must be paid by you — re-flying may be complimentary.
- Children below 12 years or seniors above 70 years may require fitness clearance before flying, to ensure their safety in the air. Contact us
