Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • At Glide Bir Billing, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our transparent refund and cancellation policy to help you plan your adventure better:
    • In case your flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a full refund, but you will have to pay separately for the cab or transport charges incurred to reach the takeoff point.
    • If you decide to cancel the flight at the takeoff site or last-minute, no refund will be applicable, as arrangements and resources have already been used.
    • For weekday bookings, if you cancel your flight at least 5 days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund with no deductions.
    • However, if you cancel your weekday booking within 24 hours before the scheduled flight, you will receive only 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • For weekend or holiday bookings, you must cancel at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund without any cancellation fees.
    • If you cancel your weekend flight within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% refund will be processed, and the rest will be retained.
    • If you request extra flight stunts, extended airtime, or 360° camera footage, please speak with your pilot directly before takeoff — extra charges may apply based on the package you choose.
