By booking and using our paragliding in Bir Billing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. General Terms<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Glide Bir Billing operates tandem paragliding flights in Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh.<\/li><li>All bookings are subject to weather conditions, pilot availability, and safety considerations.<\/li><li>By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that paragliding is an adventure sport that involves risks.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Minimum age for paragliding is 12 years (a guardian must accompany children).<\/li><li>Weight limit: 30 kg \u2013 90 kg (exceptions only with prior confirmation).<\/li><li>Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or pregnancy are not permitted to fly.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Booking &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Full payment is required to confirm your booking through our website\/payment gateway.<\/li><li>Accepted payment modes include credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking.<\/li><li>You will receive a booking confirmation via email\/WhatsApp after successful payment.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Cancellations made 48 hours before the flight are eligible for a 70% refund.<\/li><li>Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.<\/li><li>In case of bad weather or operational issues, flights may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be processed.<\/li><li>Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7\u201310 working days through the original payment method.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Customers may reschedule their booking once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li><li>Rescheduling is subject to pilot and slot availability.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. Safety &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>All flights are conducted by certified pilots with licensed equipment.<\/li><li>Guests must strictly follow pilot instructions before and during the flight.<\/li><li>Glide Bir Billing is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from non-compliance with instructions or pre-existing medical conditions.<\/li><li>Personal belongings (phones, cameras, etc.) carried during the flight are at the customer\u2019s own risk.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>7. Video &amp; Photography Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>GoPro or in-flight videos are available at an additional cost.<\/li><li>Customers are not allowed to carry personal cameras\/selfie sticks without prior approval.<\/li><li>Glide Bir Billing reserves full rights over promotional photos\/videos taken during flights.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>In case of unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters, Glide Bir Billing holds the right to cancel or postpone flights without prior notice.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>9. Dispute &amp; Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Any dispute arising from bookings or services will fall under the jurisdiction of Kangra District Court, Himachal Pradesh.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>10.
